Every time I shutdown in Windows Ultimate 64bit I usually close firefox, thunderbird, and anything on my left screen. On the right screen I have pidgin, rainmeter and ultramon exteneded when I shut down, plus a few other things with just icons in the notification area. Here are the errors I always get:

Just a thought. Try running this programs as an admin and see what happens.

Might be a virus. That file system error is actually an error that translates to the DLL not being unloaded properly. Got a process list or Hijack This log?

Not saying it is not, but it was a perfectly clean install of Windows 7 and this still happened.

Will try this and report back tomorrow, thanks for the ideas.
That was quick, just tried it and still prompted the error. :(

Not saying it is not, but it was a perfectly clean install of Windows 7 and this still happened. There's a problem with that, it can't be a 'perfectly clean install' because that's not a windows program. There's no such thing as program files\ultramon or whatever in Windows 7. FYI, downloading a cracked program or something similar, saving it to a flash drive the installing windows fresh and using that infected file is no different than having a 8 year old install and infecting it. "clean install' means nothing unless it's disconnected from the internet, windows installed with genuine media, and absolutely nothing has been installed, which this is obviously not the case here.

Ok, the installs all came from the respected sources, I pay for all my software I do not torrent anything. Second I have NOD32 4.0 and have ran AV scans with no issues popping up. I can run ad-aware, ccleaner, malware-bytes, and others if that makes you happy. Really, what is with the accusation here? I am just trying to get Windows 7 to run smoothly, this has been only one of two errors I have gotten so far and the other is resolved, please move on from the virus.

some software wont load properly use the "run as administrator" option in windows 7 in my experience so I enabled the admin account under C:\Windows\System32\lusrmgr.msc by unchecking "disable account" and now if a program is having problems installing or I'm installing drivers I log in as admin instead.

so far it seems to fix the "access is denied" error you might get from time to time:

edit: although for pidgin at least , it seems you got to use a older version to function properly :http://www.neowin.net/news/main/09/01/12/new-windows-live-messenger-protocol-breaks-adium-and-pidgin

for ultramon you gotta use the 3.07 beta for windows7 : http://www.realtimesoft.com/ultramon/download_beta.asp

Got 3.07 for Windows 7, I did not install them as admin so that may be why, will see what other things I can change tonight settings wise.
I will run another AV scan for those thinking virus.
This is not a huge issue, but just looking to see if it is a problem with any others.

Also, updating the first post with which version I am running: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit.

Found a reply on the Ultramon forums, link (http://130.94.74.217/multimon/forum/messages.asp?Topic=10187&tmpl=). Will just have to wait for the update it looks like, but the Pidgin issue I have not found much on other than one topic on the Pidgin forum. Link (http://developer.pidgin.im/ticket/8341), but still have not found a solution on this one either.
