Destructoid's review was particularly hilarious ... 1/10

I agree with the Destructoid guy, at least on the concept being decent. And it does look incredibly...brown. I think I'll save my points for IMAGWZ1T!, though.

They must have known it sucked since they didn't even try to sell it for $59.99.
I actually saw TV commercial for this game and it looked interesting.

Not a 360 exclusive. Game was too short, great concept though. I would give it a 5/10. Worth $10-15.

While the concept of owning up sword and sandal dudes with assault weapons is intersesting, all the vids I saw kinda made it look unpolished. Gonna DL the demo and check it out.

Love this line...Darkest of Days is like a Hydra in that regard. A Hydra made out of shit.
That made me laugh pretty hard for some reason.

Shows how far we've come that this is considered unacceptably bad by some. Maybe I'm just old (at 22 I doubt that, though) but I recall when I was younger still and I made the mistake of buying a budget title by the name of Revolution... http://www.gamespot.com/pc/action/revolution/index.html
Now THAT was a learning experience.

haha I am with you in this boat. It was far from an awesome game but it was far from a horrible experience. Did not run into any horrible bugs and the game played fine.

After just finishing the game last night (on PC, thanks to steam), the game is at least a solid 6/10. Very repetitive but the premise was interesting and the game was quite fun in certain parts.
BETA.

You actually bought this game for $35? Wow, people just have money to throw away I guess. Just by looking at the game - pictures and videos, it looks crappy as hell.

That and the PC version needs Physx, or some of the graphics give out.

You actually insult people on their purchases? Wow.....

Well... you do have to admin.
It is not a very good game.
I wouldn't buy crap food, even if it was cheaper. (and no 'what if you were starving in the dessert, and...')

haha, the only thing good about haze was the demo.

Did you buy it too? I totally understand why you're butt hurt now.
I played the demo, and everything from the story and gameplay matches the scores you guys gave it. So, it makes NO sense at all to even try and justify when you yourself gave it a shitty rating.
This is coming from the dude that says it's worth 10-15 bucks too, LMAO

I played the demo on Xbox, and it wasn't terrible. I wouldn't spend $50 on it, but $5 on a rental to kill a weekend, maybe. The graphics were awful, and I don't see the story having much going for it past the bizarre factor, but mowing everyone down with an assault rifle was enjoyable.

reminds me of Race Pro which launched at $39.99.....because it was a half baked unfinished demo of a crappy game

Now THAT was a learning experience.Man I just laughed my ass off at that review! And that's unusual for me because I have no sense of humor:
This may or may not be a major plot spoiler, but your megacorporation employer is actually up to no good. In fact, you'll know it long before your character does. One clue is that the corporation's logo appears to be a big, evil-looking winged skull.
