So after watching the chenbro sas exapander thread I saw some mentions of SAS 2.0. I tried googling but other than a few references to it in wikipedia I wasn't able to come up with much. I was hoping you guys here might have some better reference material or information about it.

When is it expected in products?
Are there any SAS 2.0 products now?
What advantages are there to SAS 2.0 other than link speed?

Thanks ahead of time for any help!

They could have been referring to the upgrade from 3GBit/s to 6GBit/s that took place in February 2009.

SAS 6gbit products have been available for a while now. I only know of a bunch of Seagate drives off the top of my head though.
