http://www.newegg.com/

shell shocker on their main page. Will come with either toshiba controller or jmicron that does not have issues.

Not too bad I suppose. There's ways to alleviate issues with those JMicron controllers if you do research. Can't get rid of them entirely, but hey, it's a 64GB SSD for $120 or so, it's useful for some purposes. Read speeds listed at 100MB/s and write speeds listed at 80MB/s however... either it's a complete piece of shit or those specs are way off. Never seen an SSD with stuff that low.

Sounds like a winner for a quiet HTPC or server OS drive.

There are a ton of SSD's with lower specs than that....

This is a great drive, works great.

I dug around before ordering - the jmicon on this one (if you get it) is not the troller that had the issues.

From what I read yeah it's not intel xd speed but it's not 400 dollars ;) - and the speeds are under rated due to the suttering (AFAIK) coupled with 4x the cache. I plan to either put it in my 1000HE or as my OS drive for Win 7 on my I7 not sure yet.

Ordered 2 for Raid 0 goodness - wonder if they'll be faster than the pair of 160GB Raptors in Raid 0 they will replace...
