I just got the x25-m kingston deal and I was wondering which would be better for me.

I want to use the SSD as the main boot drive so 60gb should be plenty for me. Would I notice a difference in speed if I used 2x 30gb vertex in raid 0 vs. 1 X25-M?

What should I do? Should I keep the 160gb SSD, or sell it and get 2x OCZ vertexs?

In a lot of benchmarks, the 2 drive Raid will be quicker. But in normal use, I don't think you will notice a big difference. Specially if you are upgrading from a magnetic drive.
