How can it be too gorey for wolverine?

wtf? Not wolverinish? lol.

I thought it was fun, not a instant buy but probably going to pick it up when it gets cheaper.

The way he heals and you see it is fucking awesome, the first wolverine game that got that part of him in a game.

lol. that demo was actually fun as hell. Too violent for wolverine? Yeah right :p

Wow, been a while since a demo actually made me want to get the real game.

I went into this demo expecting just another below average movie tie-in game (I haven't read anything about it prior to playing). To my surprise, it's a kick ass god of war-style action game. Buying the game now.

PS: Lunging at enemies kicks ass!

anyone have comments on whether this game is worth buying? Ctrl-Alt-Del made it sound cool

i played the demo today after hearing the good accounts. normally i write off video game movies (or in the case comic-book-movie-video games?).

the game was pretty fun. pretty much what you heard already: a lot like god of war/ninja gaiden. i plan to buy it when it drops in price new. i try not to buy used or rent, just because i like to help promote better games being made, and rentals/used sales don't help out the publishers at all.

the reason i am going to wait is that the game is not that long, and i worry that it'll start to get old or not have much replayability, on account of you only get your claws, unlike the other two aforementioned games which have other weapons to help keep people interested longer.

Wolverine is this year's Conan (aka GoW wannabe).

...and that's not a bad thing at all. :D

The combat is mindless fun, but the rest of the stuff I worried about pretty much is below average according to reviews. So, the story sucks, and the boss battles are repetitive. Both things the demo conveniently ignored.

I wouldn't get it until it goes down in price.

Played the demo, loved it. Bought the full game, it's even better. :D

It's relatively simple, but for some reason its a damn fun game.

I wish there was a PC demo out.I played the PS3 demo and it was a little too framey for me..If the PC version is a half decent port,I may pick it up.

I just spent 10+ straight hours beating this game on PC. It's GREAT!!!! I can only assume it's just as good on the consoles. I wrote a little review if anyone is on the fence.

I really suggest reading some reviews. Not sure this game is worth a full $60. Definitely a rental, and maybe I'll purchase after a price drop.

Its getting decent reviews. Based off the videos I saw of it, it looks very God of War like (which is good).

Agreed. No way I'd pay $50-$60 for that going into it. I notice how fast people are blazing through this thing as well.

I will fire up the demo hopefully later today and see what's what.
