Win XP replacment disk

Does anyone know where I can get an install disk for win xp home. mine got beat to hell and dosent work anymore. I have my key I just need a new install disk? Thoughts?

Either Microsoft if it is retail, or the manufacturer if it is OEM.
The media is not interchangeable with XP Keys, ie. retail key requires retail CD and OEM key requires OEM CD.
I believe Upgrade CD's are key specific as well.
