I'm running Windows 7 x64 Build 7048 on my desktop machine. I could not run Fallout 3 with 7's drivers; I couldn't get past the opening movie! I'd get to the end and then the screen would go black, and I could NOT bring up the task manager to kill the process! Installing the latest (March 3, 2008) Vista x64 drivers fixed that problem, but now I have issues with some maximized applications (particularly Adobe CS4 but now Microsoft Word does it too) causing my primary monitor to flicker on and off (from content to black and back again). The monitor's light stays green the whole time (it's still getting a signal). If I throw the offending application onto another monitor (plugged into the 7900GTX) then the problem goes away.

Thoughts?

EDIT: I also noticed that the NVIDIA control panel is forcing my two Acer AL2216W monitors to a 59Hz refresh rate (offering 59 and 60Hz as options). I cannot change to 60Hz, even if I confirm the changes it automatically reverts back. The setting in Windows itself seems to be stuck on 59Hz too.
