I've been playing around with python and was trying to make it so that I could run them from the command line. The windows faq on the python website said something about adding PATH C:\Python23;%PATH% to the AUTOEXEC.BAT, so I did run>>sysedit and added the PATH C:\Python26;%PATH%, 26 because thats the version I'm using and then restarted my computer. When ever Windows XP attempts to load it just shuts off and I can't get into safe mode or last known good configuration either. Just trying to figure out how to fix this problem thanks!

Sounds like since its in your autoexec.bat, you will need to boot from a floppy or bootable cd, and either REM out that line, or simply remove it from your autoexec.bat. Hope you have access to another computer to make the floppy/cd-rom.
