3ware raid controllers

I have 2 3ware raid controllers. 1 on my "server" and one on my workstation. They are both setup as RAID 1. It seems that after a reboot, there is a good chance that it'll complain the array is degraded. I'll re-build and it'll be fine till next reboot and then it'll complain again.

Anyone else half this problem? Why do they keep getting degraded?

Seems strange. My never did this, although I'm on Raid5.
Maybe one of your drives doesn't spin up on time and causes it to report degraded?

Maybe you should re check your drives one by one on a different system using WDdiag or Seatools, to see if they will report something strange.

Or maybe a PSU is inadequate...

Specs? I've seen this with the 8006-2LP (which is a pile of steaming shit by the way).
