Problem with win2003 domain users needs urgent acfion

hello my lil friends,

I have a local windows 2003 std domain with some lusers. Let's say around 30.

Ramdomly, Some of these complain that they cannot logon.

This happens quite frequently.

In these situations I goto the server and reset their passwords and voilà. They start working again until a few days after and then they have to ask me again.

What could be causing this?

Are they sharing user accounts with someone? If so, I bet password change time is coming around and they're changing it, but not everyone is getting the memo that it's changed.

They could also be logged into more than one workstation during a password change. The second machine will not know the new password and can lock them out if it tries to authenticate too many times. I see this all the time.
