Crucial ballistix 6400 800Mhz running at 4-4-4-12 or overclocked to 1066Mhz running at 5-5-5-15? Thanks!

None, both equal in real world performance.
DDR2 1066 does provide more bandwidth though

Unless you are memory bandwidth limited by some software, running the lower timings is more likely to be of more use. However, this won't always be seen in real world usage and it's unlikely that you're going to run into software in which you are going to be bandwidth limited.
Since it's extremely unlikely I'm going to run into anything that will be bandwidth limited, I prefer to run the tighter timings at lower speeds.

Thanks for your info, I thought I notived a slight higher speed with the tighter settings, but I wasn't sure...
