Formatting OS drive, keep FO3 saves?

Hey everyone, i am getting a new hard drive but really dont want to lose all of my fallout 3 data. could somebody please explain to me how i can keep these files, and what to do with them once i have the game installed on the new hard drive?

umm just copy them somewhere safe then reformat and reinstall then copy them back again

Go to you user folder, documents, my games. You'll see your fallout 3 folder there. Just copy that then when you reinstall the game, just paste it back in the same my games folder and your FO 3 saves and settings will be restored.

Keep in mind that some newer versions of Nvidia drivers (185.2 alpha) have been rumored to effect save games or not work with saved games, so keep that in mind. I can't claim that as fact, just have read it.
