I ordered one of these not realizing it was anything other than a normal HD. Can I reformat the encryption BS away and turn it into a normal HD or should I just send it back.

What I expected was a basic 2.5" HD that wouldn't croak if left on continually like a cheapie. (My mp3's are strangling the pathetically small internal HD on my work laptop).
