New OS Drive

Ok, as I mentioned in the Seagate poll thread, my 3x 7200.12 drives are going back to Newegg.

So now I need other suggestions for a new OS drive (or drives, have P45/ICH10R so I can short stroke).

I'm considering the following:
2x WD 640 AALS RAID0 short-stroke
or
2x SSD (small capacity) RAID0

SSD would likely be the g.skill titan, or the ocz vertex. Right now it looks like the Titan has the better bang-to-buck ratio (not to mention actually being available).

Any advice?
