Which will be faster

So, I am going to be using a LSI 8408e SAS controller on a PCI-Express 4x limited slot and wonder which hard drive configuration will be faster. I am not worried about redundancy as I have servers for that.

Drives:

2x 3.5" 10,000 RPM 148gb SAS drives in a RAID 0 configuration

0r

4x 2.5" 15,000 RPM 74gb SAS drives in a RAID 0 configuration

Any thought also about bottle necking would be appreciated.

4x 2.5" 15,000 RPM 74gb SAS drives in a RAID 0 configurstion - this will (IMO) be faster
