Oh jesus great, my 1TB is a SD15... It doesn't sound like this is resolved yet either... I've had this thing for a hot minute though without issues. You have any other reading material for this subject so I don't have to span the globe to find it?

I'm just worried about the pile o data on my disk going bad more than Seagate support, I know worst case I'll get another drive (and knowing them it may well be a better or bigger drive) if something happens. Thankfully most of the data is already backed up but now I gotta go dig my 500gb 7200.10 out of the other machine and copy everything over to it AGAIN to be safe

Crap... not gonna flash my 1.5tb then... no issues with it so far or my two 750gb 7200.11. I had flashed them to AD14 when I got them. All drives have been great. *knock on wood*
