Does anyone know of a downloadable ISO that can be used to stress-test an overclocked CPU/Memory from a boot CD?
I normally run Prime95 or OCCT in Windows, but want to test some combos without having to hook up a hard drive and load Windows.

poohbie, I'm not aware of any bootable CPU stability tests, however MemTest 86+ works excellently in 1-2 passes. It is available as a bootable iso image, you can download it here: http://www.memtest.org/#downiso

Microsoft has a Memory diagnostic program that runs as a boot-up app. from a CD. Here's a link to it:

The download creates an .ISO image that contains the boot-able app. The download link is at the top, and below that there is an excellent user's guide.

Another option is to create a BartPE (http://nu2.nu/pebuilder/) CD. Think of it as a Windows "Live CD". You could use that to boot into Windows and run your normal stuff, without having to actually install Windows on a hard drive. You can make (or possibly find) plugins for just about any Windows program you'd want to use.
