Is the Noctua NH-U12P SE1366 CPU Heat Sink (Socket LGA 1366) heatsink a good one?

Any Advice would be greatly appreciated.
I just picked up the Coolermaster V8, but I haven't turned the system on. The cooler looks good overall, but the contact surface while not bad, could be a little smoother. I have a feeling it will work pretty well. If not, maybe I'll lap it. Once I try it out, I can post some results.

The V8 seems to be working fairly well. I haven't done much in the way of testing yet, but my idle temps are looking pretty good. I have a 920 running at 3.2.
Idle:
CPU - 42.5C
Cores are all sitting at 46C
I've got the fan speed way down as well. (don't like fan noise)
I can post some load temps later.
