I will soon have about 4 or 5 drives ranging from 120-200-250gb.
Kinda stumped on what to do with them.
Any ideas?

I've run into this issue too and what I did was copy some UBER important documents etc to them and leave them at my parents house for safekeeping for the off chance I ever need them. They aren't worth selling to me but nice for just in case offsite storage.

I think this is the most logical idea IMO. If you have a safety deposit box or another location you can leave them in, even better.

I'm assuming they're older drives. In that case, I would just use them for offsite archival backups. Or use them in older spare computers.

I liked the target practice idea.

craigslist.
Or just a massive slow storage box.

Off-site storage is the best idea I've heard.

You might be able sell all of them for enough to buy yourself a new 1TB drive.

When I finally upgraded from my couple-years-old 1.4tb RAID5 array that consisted of 8 200gb Seagates to my current WHS system with 1TB drives, I sold all seven of the drives that still had about 1.5 years of warranty left on them for about $30-35/each. Granted, part of the allure might have been their warranty remaining, but that was pretty decent for such old drives. Of course, this was a few months ago- before it seems like the entire hard drive market cut prices by ridiculous percentages.
I might buy a couple of them from you if you list a target price. Also which model and manufacturer are they? How fast are they? And how old?

I may do the same.
OP, you could get something like a BlacX and use the drives. I put important stuff on my smaller 80GB drives, and file them in a gun safe.

My apologies. Someone further up in this thread mentioned that they were interested in buying small hard disks so I responded.

I've found that shooting them with 3" magnum 1 1/2 ounce slugs out of my Benelli M2 shotty gives a certain satisfaction worth far more than a few dollars on eBay. I mean slugs really do the job.
