I recently noticed a profile named "administrator.home" in my documents and settings folder. Does anyone know where this came from or what is the purpose of this profile?

If it's a branded computer, I would leave it alone. If it's a system you built, and installed Windows on, I'd be worried.

Almost sounds like you've been tinkering with domain and/or workgroup settings, so it has created a different profile for it. Not uncommon to have an Administrator.DOMAIN and an Administrator account, for example.
