Shipping a CPU

I did a search, but I didn't come up with anything. I'm going to be shipping out a AMD 4200+ S939 to puerto rico, so I want to make sure I'm doing this right. I've heard different ways of shipping CPUs, but I'm not sure which way is the best. Since this CPU has pins, I want to avoid bending any. Does anyone have any recommendations?
