Raid10 performance ??

This is a raid 10 array consiting of 4 Seagate Savvio 146GB 10,000RPM drives on an Adaptec 5805 controller. Anyone with this type of setup can tell me if the performace is OK.

This is what I got with my raid 10 array using 4 savvios 15k drives (73.4gb) and using an adaptec 3405 controller
