it should be on the samsung website, or your cellular providers website

Google is your friend:
http://www.google.com/search?q=blackjack+2+wm+6.1
Second result:
www.samsung.com/us/i617/windowsupgrade/
I upgraded a couple days ago and like it. I also upgraded my wife's phone last night and I will upgrade my friend's this week. I just wish there were more options for customizing the sliding panel homescreen - I'm sticking with my old screen since I don't want to give up Facade or Fizz Weather.

Yes, it will completely wipe all the data off your phone. It will be as if you just turned the phone on for the first time.

I just upgraded my Blackjack 2 to 6.1. The link is on Samsungs website. You go through a lot of links actually to get to the download. Before you start the flash process, MAKE SURE you have the Samsung modem driver installed on your computer, or the flash process will hang and not complete. This happened to me.
O yeah, it does delete everything off your phone. So make sure you contacts are either on your SIM card or sync'd with Outlook on your computer.
