how can i mirror usb drives

i have 2 external harddrive setups, one is qty:2 1TB harddrives in a controller formatted together as a 2TB JBOD, and the other is a 1TB and 750GB formatted together as 1.75TB JBOD, both are on USB 2.0 i use one as media storage, and would like to make the other a mirror drive, is there a way to do this other than manually dragging from one to the other every once in a while?

You could probably do it with SyncToy if you're using XP/Vista.
