Do companies make SATA PCI expansion cards?

I just bought a Maxtor 1TB SATA II drive and got home to realize I've used up both SATA connectors on the Abit IC7. Do they make PCI SATA connector cards and if so which one would be a good buy? I'll probably hook the SATA DVD drive to the card and keep the two hard drives on the motherboard. Thanks in advance for your help.

Anything will work. You can buy these at any computer store or online.

They do indeed exist. You might run into issues if you try to boot off your PCI SATA card though. Sometimes the BIOS won't support it.
