What do they use to recover information? Say your board died on the HD how do they obtain an exact copy with out smoking your HD? Or the motor dies and they put it into a new chasis? Do they have universal equipment or what? Especially with constantly increasing drive sizes I find that hard to believe. Please inform me. :)
