Bought an xbox original game on xbl...wont download

So I just bought crash bandicoot but it can never finish downloading, it gets stuck at 5 percent and says that it lost an internet connection, which it did not and says to retry the download...no luck. Can I get refund or something? Anyone else have this problem?
edit: andddd there's plenty of room on my hard drive for it.
 
Would suggest trying their customer services... that, or try again at a different time of day.
