So I'm building a new computer come this August and I've noticed that prices are dropping fast for RAM. I was wondering which RAM was better and is it worth buying 8 GB because its so cheap.

Here are the two I'm looking at:

Mushkin XP PC2-8000 Redline 4GB (2X2GB) DDR2-1000 CL5-5-5-12 240PIN Dual Channel Memory Kit PRICE: $110

OR

Mushkin XP2-8500 DDR2-1066 4GB (2x2GB) Extreme Performance Series CAS 5-5-5-15
PRICE: $130

Go for whichever is cheaper. In real-world terms, I doubt you'll be at all limited by the speed of the RAM anyhow.
