Here's the run down. I have an Asus P5E mobo with an onboard raid controller (not in use) and 6 SATA ports all filled with 500GB drives, I have now filled them up. Quackecon is coming up and I wish to expand with 4 more 1TB HDs. I know what drives I want, but the problem I have is that I do not know where quality, performance, and bargain converge in the SATA controller card market because I've never had to buy one before. Here are the specs I need, any suggestions on cards will be much appreciated.

*PCI-Express 4x or more (Not PCI or PCI-x)
*4 port internal (external not needed)
*SATA II 300Gb/s (as all the drives will be this)
*NON Raid (I want the 4 drives to be 4 drives)
*Linux support would be nice but is not needed, nor is a bootable option required, these will be storage only.
*Under 200.00

Thanks :)

LSI and Adaptec have some decent cards, since you dont need RAID, that makes your choices easier
