Vista Prob

I just built a new computer and when I started it up, I put in vista disk and got a message boot CD/DVD. I tried hitting all buttons on keyboard but nothing has worked. Then after awhile i get the message "the file is possibly corrupt. The file header checksum does not match the computed checksum." What can i do?

Usually that message is followed by a series of dots that steadily increase until it bypasses the CD/DVD boot option. Are you seeing those dots? Does this message come up after them?
