IE WinXP Multiple homepages

Weird problem with my Mother in Law's computer. Never seen anything like this. When you click on Internet Explorer ( Home page:Yahoo) it loads multiple pages of Yahoo. Like 100+ of them. I did Virus scans and Spyware scans with no help. Funny thing is... It doesnt do this all the time and mostly in the AM when she turns her computer on.

I have tried to google this problem and can come up with nothing. I have tried to switch home pages as well. Don't have a clue. Any ideas?

tools>internet options>general>homepage

Make sure theres just 1 entry in the hompage box. My parents somehow had a simmilar issue where yahoo would open up 4~5 tabs of the main page.
