Windows cannot find C:\Windows\\system32\\OptionalFeatures.exe

When i try to turn windows features on or off thats what pops up.

I just need it so i can install IIS7.0

We'd need a bit more information. What Operating System are you running? Is it a stock install or something you customized?

A missing file is strange - presuming it's supposed to be there (I haven't used Server 2008, but since you get this warning it would seem to be standard) I'd almost say the install process itself failed somewhere.

Stupid question, but does that file exist? Do you have permissions to it?
