No stock unfortunately ATM but works great for the price....keeps my E6600 temps down.

Do you have a controller to reduce the speed on the fan you are using? When I installed an aftermarket hsf i thought it was really loud until I went into speed fan and reduced the speed to 50%.
Try that before spending more money maybe.

How much are you willing to spend?
Can't beat the Xigmatek at $30, but I don't know how loud it is.

The Cooler Master TX2 is pretty good.

I also use the TX2. It does a good job but it's pretty loud if you don't have a fan controller

I have the TX, it only fits 775. Mine is not any louder than my Freezer 64 pro, but maybe my Tforce 965PT runs the fan slower. Even with a Q6600 at 3.5 folding it was quiet.

Fan or HSF?

Stock HSF is one of the quietest rated fans isn't it? Not the best cooling but supposed to be super quiet...
Depends on what you need I guess...

This one is just awesome........ I use one to every customer I build a computer for, there is an AMD version as well. You should be able to find it at a better priced back there in the US. These only cost 15 EUR here in Germany.

Yea, AC7's are normally around $20... but Newegg's pricing fluctuates a lot
I agree, AC7/64's are perfect for most dual-cores, mediocre for quad-cores.

At 37.99 you would have to be mentally handicapped to make that purchase. The xigmatek is leaps and bounds better than the acp7 and it's cheaper. No-brainer here folks!! (I"m sure you were referring to it back when it was cheaper)

$11ish is the cheapest shipping. So it comes out to $34ish after shipping while the Xigmatek is $36 + free shipping.
It's a no-brainer to spend the extra $2 for the extra performance. :p
