Sorry, just to clarify, I don't mean the All Programs section, I mean the part with the Pictures, Documents, Games, etc.

What you will be doing is editing the hidden 'oem' link that is available on the right pane. So you can only have 1 folder, think wisely.

By the way, your 'user' folder is pretty much custom you know.
