Hey everyone,
I have a new rig up and running and sometimes my second HD disappears fro the available drives in "My Computer" My primary drive (c is a RAID 0 setup (2 Raptors) where I store OS and programs. my second drive (the one that disappears) is a RAID 1 with 2 Samsung Spinpoint 1tb drives. Sometimes when I wake the computer the RAID 1 is gone. Reboot and it generally reappears. Specs of the computer are:
Intel Q 9450
EVGA 790i
2 x EVGA 9800GTX
G.Skill 2x2gb DDR3 1600
2 x 150gb Raptors (Raid 0)
2 x 1tb Samsung (Raid 1)
2 x Samsung DVD Writers
Coolermaster Realpower 850 Pro
Cosmos S Case
Vista x64 Ultimate (PoS)
The RAID arrays always come up Healthy. I did a check disk and everything came back ok. Running most recent driver and am one version back on the bios (new one just came out).
