Logging edits to Contacts in Outlook/Exchange

I am having issues with a client stating the edits being done in Outlook not propagating, contacts going missing, and some reverting back to older information. There is a Blackberry Server up on there but, I am not so quick to jump and say that is what is causing it. Does anyone know how I can enable logging of all edits, additions and deletions to a specific address book. The address book is shared, I would want any and all edits logged.
