is there anyway to restore your attributes after going to jail I read that when you lose attributes by going to jail its a permanent lose.

also im missing 7 points from my willpower and cant find whats doing it i dont have any diseases or anything

You just have to level up and increase your attributes again (if you loose them due to jail time) this is the reason you should at least joint he thieves guild, even if you don't want to be a thief- whenever you're in trouble just high-tail it to your local leader and pay off your fines.
