Hi, I could really need some help here, I formatted my system (windows XP) about 3 weeks ago, and since then it has been crashing, what happens is that, lets just say I'm using Itunes, and I'm playing my favorite CD, and always on a particular song it lags, and then brings up a blue screen saying something I can't read because it only appears for about 1 sec and then restarts, I know at the bottom of the message it says: if this is the first time you have seen this error...

Now from the information I have given you, and quite an interesting story to read, does ANYONE have any idea what could be wrong!?

I really need HELP! S.O.S WOOP WOOP WOOP!

uhh a BSOD? if you're overclocking then put everything down to default or reset your CMOS jumper. if that doesn't work, what i would do is try to get into windows, backup everything important, and reinstall windows.

1.

Right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.

2.

Click the Advanced tab.

3.

Under Startup and Recovery, click Settings to open the Startup and Recovery dialog box.

4.

Clear the Automatically restart check box, and click OK the necessary number of times.

5.

Restart your computer for the settings to take effect.

Get the error message to occur again and report back....based on the error message we can narrow it down. sounds like a bad driver.

I probably won't be replying for a while, will be going on a business trip to NY on Friday, still gonna try and get the error up today if possible since it only occurs once or twice a week.Guess I'll just do the same thing I do when the error occurs...:p Thanks for the help.
