Vista web page loading issue

I get this on all vista machines on my network, but no other machines (linux / winxp / mac ect)

I made a video (xvid codec, huge rez sorry)

This shows me loading a site in vista IE, firefox, then a winxp virtual pc ON vista. Guess which one loaded the site? I thought this might get fixed in SP1 so I waited, well SP1 is installed, still have the problem. Sorry for the nature of the site I loaded but this specific site seems to be easily repeatable. I get it randomly on microsoft.com and rarely on newegg.com (never on hardocp.com).

Interesting, I have a workstation in my office that does something very similar....it will work fine for a time, then it won't open any new links - and if you open Firefox, it will give you the same "Connection Interrupted" message that you're seeing.

Closing all browsers and starting them again seems to solve the problem, so at this point it's just an annoyance, but I have not been able to pinpoint why it happens (and why only one workstation is affected)
