SP1 shows the ammount of ram installed, just a cosmetic fix

So what happened is they changed it from displaying available memory to total memory. Prior to SP1 it would show memory that was available to the OS. In a 32-bit OS, that'll be some amount less than 4GB due to the fact that PCI devices need memory addresses to function. SP1 changed it so it now shows the total physical RAM installed in the system.
Nothing has changed in terms of how much you have, or how much is available, they just changed that one display. If you check in task manager, it'll still report the actual RAM available to the system to use.
