SP1 Beta - Uninstall before windows update?

I have the beta installed and its been great. Looking forward to update to the official one. Am I going to need to uninstall the beta before I update later this week? To uninstall do I just do it through "add remove programs"? Any body do this yet? I'm actually more worried about uninstalling the beta then installing sp 1.

Anything else I need to do before I update? Like disable AVG etc?.

Yep, gotta uninstall first. Just add/remove and you're good to go.

Yes! I would remove any beta patches before attempting to install
