You know all the patches you got through windows update since SP2 was released? You already have SP3. That's all it is. A roll up of all those updates.

Nothing else was added to SP3? I am sure they tweaked this and that to update it?

It should be out before too long. There's no official date but Microsoft has said sometime in the first half of 2008.

My understanding is that it's just going to be a roll-up of all the post-SP2 updates and a few new security features.
