raptor 150 raid0 vs 7200 raid0 32mb

currently i have 2 150gb raptors in raid0. they are LOUD and hot and it is getting annoying.

does anyone have any benchmarks or reviews for some of the new 320gb single platter drives in raid0?

i am curious to see how these perfrom in raid0.

i also have a 1TB drive for storange so i just want some drives for speed,

anyway:

Depending on the drives, they may have more STR, if the data density has increased sufficiently since the raptor's release. They will have slower access times.

i love the performance of these drives but i also love silence.. looking for a worthy substitute
