I was thinking of getting Hiper fans, anyone ever use them or seen a review of them?

Yes, they are quite simply the best fans I've ever used. I got a bunch of clear blade 80mm hiper fans and their performance to noise ratio is un-matched. I've tried tons of fans in the past and they just don't compare. Ball bearing fans rumble too much for me.
Couple these with a good fan controller and you'll get a damn quiet PC. Most people would easily call them silent at 5 volts but I'm a pedant so I won't. ;)

So they are actually 19db at 50CFM?

I dunno about figures, I've learned to flat out ignore all decibel ratings for everything.
I can tell you that at full speed (12v) they are the quietest fans I've ever used (and push a tad less airflow as a result obviously). I wouldn't run them at full speed 'cos for me they're be too loud (all fans are), but as I said, coupled with a fan controller they work so well and run at very low voltages so you can basically have a near 'silent' PC.
They're the best 80mm fans, you can't go wrong with them.

Well, I suppose I will try out the 120s. Should I get the high end one with a dual ball bearing or the single ball bearing?

I am getting one of the LED ones. But which one...

I can't really comment on the 120mm models since I've never used them. IMHO 120mm fans are way overrated and can never be quiet enough even with a fan controller because there's fundamentally too much weight involved. I've come to the conclusion that 80mm is the optimal fan size with all factors considered.
But, if I had to choose, I'd go for the non dual bearing 120mm Hiper over anything else any day. Ball bearings rumble and I find that annoying. They may well be favourable at high speeds, but I never run a fan at full speed, ever.

Well, I got the Hiper fans installed last night, and ya, they are extremely quiet. They are hardly noticeable on a low speed, and are still really quiet on high. Also, the LEDs look a whole lot better than Thermaltakes.
