Kinda odd one for me. One of our office workers said he was having problems with his email signature. I looked at it and It appears it works fine when composing an email but looses some formatting and lines of text when replying or forwarding. My first thought was "oh he has an html sig and when he replies to a plain text email its getting stripped". Wrong. Its the other way around. Plain text emails get converted into HTML emails and the sig looks fine. When he replies to an HTML email the sig gets stripped and looses lines of text. So I'm kinda scratching my head on this one. Outlook opens HTML formated emails in text editing mode. I checked the settings under options and it is set to edit emails in HTML. I have used a macro before (not on his PC) to force Outlook to edit Text emails in HTML but I need it to edit HTML emails in HTML. He has Outlook 2003 and uses Word as the editor.
