motorola rv3 phone tools installation problem

My son has a motorola rv3 phone,and has had problems installing the phone tools software it stops at looking for a driver in i386 folder,problem is he has a dell and the recovery cd doesn't have a i386 folder(addprinter2000:2 driver?). He wants the phone tools software installed,any help appreciated.

Do a search, but you can download the usb drivers needed in a separate package directly from Moto. I think its a package made for developers, but its completely free, all you have to do is register. I've done this and have never once received an email from them.. maybe one as a registration confirmation, thats it.

That is, if USB drivers is what its hanging up on.
