Sound Blaster X-Fi console launcher download?

I just reinstalled XP pro, and when getting my sound drivers, I realized I don't see the download for the console launcher anywhere on creative's site. Its nice to use for switching modes and speaker setup and what not. Does anyone have the link to the latest version for XP?
