How to test FSB OC?

How do you test to see if a Mobo is stable at a certain FSB? Like for example I have my setup at 450x7 = 3.15ghz to test 450 fsb to see if its stable. Its stable a 3.2ghz (400x8) in prime95 small fft.

Do you run a prime95 blend? or a special application?

You could try running OCCT, these thing probably will stress it better but that's my own opinion and others might will disagree with me. I mean u should be running 9x400 like I am :)
