Very nice. A great addition to the card I'll be purchasing soon. :D

I won't need this until I upgrade my receiver, but glad to know it's there when I'm ready to go TrueHD.

Oh I like how you can combine your video input with the audio output (I was wondering how they would deal with the two HDMI outputs from the computer). I want one. :D

Wonder if it'll add any latency...shouldn't matter much for media center apps though, but gaming is another story.

So how does it "know" what frame gets what sound info when it merges the two?

This sort of thing gets done all the time (ie: some HDMI nvidia cards have a S/PDIF-in that allows for audio and video to be transported simultaneously); it shouldn't be a worry.

I hope not- I have this dream of being able to pipe a single hdmi cable with Dolby true hd and DTS master out from a media center client to a Denon DMI enabled receiver for all-digital glory :)
I would hate for the sound to be off by a frame or something.
